Enrich Fitness specialises in personal training at home, outdoors or at work and incorporates resistance, cardiovascular and core stability training.

These sessions are flexible and varied. Whether you are new to exercise or experienced, we will make sure you get the most from us. You will not feel pressured into doing anything you don’t want to do and we are here if you need advice, whether it be in an e-mail or over the phone.

Resistance training…

uses weights, bands or body weight, ideal for a nice toned shape.
Cardiovascular training includes step work, running, pad boxing or circuits to aid in weight loss and getting fit.

Core stability training…

is so important for correct posture. To improve and strengthen your core we use either a stability ball, bosu or your own bodyweight, which also improves balance and co-ordination.

The personal training sessions are tailored to suit you and your desired goals, using our wide range of equipment.

Your sessions can be in a place of your choice, whether it be at home, at work or outside in your local park. We’ll come to you.

As part of our service we are there to give advice on your basic nutritional needs to aid weight loss and maximise training goals. We are happy to help motivate you to stick to a healthy eating plan throughout your training with us.

Do I have to commit?

No. Personal training is there for you at your convenience. There is no long term contract; we are there for you when you need us. However we give you the opportunity to save money by block booking.
