Carrie and Sian Richards are personal trainers in Richmond, Isleworth, Chichester and Southsea.  Carrie and Sian are certified with the exercise and fitness industry regulating body, the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS).

We are both qualified in first aid and are fully insured with public liability insurance.

I love being active; I always enjoyed taking part in team sports and I do enjoy motivating myself and setting my own goals. Every year I sign up to an event for charity and love to push myself- the biggest challenge was a Skydive from 10,000 feet! From a young age I started dancing alongside my sister Sian and also played football and hockey for my local teams. After being involved in these sports, it became clear to me that I wanted to know more and learn from others.

Whilst working full time within the Leisure and Tourism field for a few years, I decided to do a Level 2 Fitness Instructor Award, so I could get myself into the gyms and gain experience. It was from then that I went on and completed my Level 3 Personal Trainer Award.

I have been Personal Training now for over 10 years and I love it! I like seeing people enjoy their sessions and how good they feel afterwards. It truly makes me feel great when I see others succeed.

My sessions are always fun and very varied. I like to make sure my clients feel comfortable and I tend to jump in whenever I can! My areas of speciality are weight loss, resistance training and core stability.

I enjoy personal training clients of all levels and ages, whether it be in the comfort of your own home or outside in the park. Wherever suits you!

Sian Richards
Sian Richards Personal Trainer - Chichester and Portsmouth
I love the way exercise makes me feel, both physically and emotionally. I have always been active; I started attending ballet and tap classes from the age of four and began to assist the ballet teacher regularly from my early teens. It was then that I discovered a real interest in teaching dance and by the age of twenty I had gained graduate teacher’s qualification.

I continued to dance and teach whilst working full-time in marketing. Ten years ago I decided I wanted to work full-time in the fitness industry. I qualified first in CYQ Exercise to Music and followed that with the Active IQ Level 3 Personal Training qualification.

I have the best job in the world! What I love the most is seeing how much exercise benefits all of the clients I train. Over the years I have had the pleasure of training so many different clients with varying goals, from weight loss, building fitness, kick starting a regular exercise routine and injury rehabilitation to name a few.

I truly believe that exercising should be fun and rewarding, and not just about hard work! Sessions with me are fun and varied whilst at all times keeping your fitness goals in mind.

I train clients of all ages and fitness levels. I specialise in home and outdoor personal training using a minimum amount of equipment, specifically toning and increasing fitness levels. I would love to hear from you!
